Eggs Up Grill Begins Construction for Restaurant in Hendersonville

Popular breakfast spot to open this summer at Chadwick Corners

HENDERSONVILLE, N.C.Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly growing breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept is starting construction on a new location that will open this summer. The restaurant, known for its great-tasting, freshly prepared meals, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere, is located at 637 Spartanburg Highway next door to Planet Fitness. This is the first Eggs Up Grill for Franchise Partner Daniel Fort.

Fort has been in the restaurant business for 11 years. Most recently, he was the director of leadership and personal development for various Chick-fil-A restaurants in Greenville, S.C. He says that he has had a house in Henderson County since 1995, and his family has been vacationing in Hendersonville for more than 70 years.

“Hendersonville has been a second home for me, so to open Eggs Up Grill in what feels like my hometown, and fully invest in this region, is a dream come true,” said Daniel, owner of Eggs Up Grill Hendersonville. “During my first visit to Eggs Up Grill, I was immediately drawn to the quality of the food and warm, friendly service, which led me to join the Brand as a franchise partner. The tight-knit community and neighborly feel of Hendersonville is a perfect complement to Eggs Up Grill as we embody the values of great food, community service, family, and hospitality.”

With seating for 110, plus an outdoor patio for dining, the 2,800 square-foot restaurant is designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright, and cheery atmosphere. The space is designed to provide a comfortable escape that is welcoming and familiar. Whether dining at the counter feeling the energy from the kitchen, at a table shared with neighbors and friends, or in a cozy booth, guests can choose seating options to suit the perfect occasion or mood. The walls will feature artwork specifically designed for Eggs Up Grill that pays homage to its namesake, the Egg.

The Hendersonville restaurant will serve guests seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. with dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering, and delivery options available. A dedicated to-go station will allow for easy pick-up for online orders and third-party delivery.

Eggs Up Grill will also cater events big or small, with a menu featuring breakfast favorites like eggs, grits, home fries, biscuits and gravy, and muffins. Salads, sandwiches, burgers, and wraps are available for catered lunch. Delivery will be available.

“We are excited to open this summer, and begin serving and supporting the Hendersonville community,” said Eggs Up Grill CEO Ricky Richardson. “Eggs Up Grill is not just a great dining option for breakfast and lunch, but also a hub for local activity. We look forward to partnering with the community and serving our neighbors.”

The new Eggs Up Grill will be focused on giving back to the community. Fort specifically hopes to work with youth and local school sports, Camp Joy, and DuPont State Recreational Forest.

Eggs Up Grill offers its full menu, open to close, for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.  Menu categories include breakfast sandwiches, benedicts, omelets, pancakes, waffles, French toast, as well as classic breakfast entrees, home-fry bowls, and fan-favorite muffins. There are also lunch choices including burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
