Eggs Up Grill franchise partner Heath Greene is up and running with the first of three restaurants he is developing in the Savannah, Ga. market.
WSAV-TV sat down recently to speak to Eggs Up Grill CEO Ricky Richardson and Greene about the new location.
“I knew it was time for a change after years in the corporate world, but never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d open a restaurant,” said Heath Greene, owner of the new Savannah restaurant. “My family loves eating at Eggs Up Grill, and we started to entertain the idea of opening our own. The more I learned, the more I was attracted to the brand. As we also wanted the opportunity to expand beyond one restaurant, we moved our family to a town that we fell in love with years ago. We believe Eggs Up Grill is a perfect fit for the Savannah market, and we look forward to bringing our guests a great-tasting All-American meal.”
Greene partnered with his childhood friend Ben Sheppard for the business deal.
The opening is part of the breakfast, brunch and lunch brand’s focus on expanding in Georgia where there are currently three locations. That number will grow to more than a dozen within the next two years.
