SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly growing breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, opened its newest restaurant in Myrtle Beach. This is the third Eggs Up Grill for local owners Buddy Lindsay and Don Rau, who like half of Eggs Up Grill franchisees own/ operate more than one location or have development underway. This is the 56th location for the franchise, third opening of 2022, with another 15 on the way.

Rau has owned and operated restaurants throughout his career and joined Eggs Up Grill five years ago.

The Brand continues expansion across the southeast, opening its initial location in Tennessee in February, opening in Alabama in July and finalizing plans to enter Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas in early 2023.
In addition to setting restaurant opening records, Eggs Up Grill also cracked first quarter projections with accelerating momentum in average restaurant sales. The Brand closed out the first quarter of 2021 with an average annual unit volume (AUV) of $1.1 million, same-store sales up 24 percent over 2021.In 2021, Eggs Up Grill recognized more than 60% of its restaurant locations for achieving annual sales exceeding $1 million in 2021.
Eggs Up Grill offers its full menu for dine-in or order online for takeout or delivery. Menu categories include omelets and benedicts prepared with fresh, hand-cracked eggs, fluffy pancakes, prepared to order waffles and breakfast sandwiches, as well as classic breakfast entrees. Lunch choices include juicy burgers, tasty sandwiches, wraps, fresh salads and savory bowls. The menu also offers gluten-friendly options and a kids’ menu. The full menu is available open to close, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. All locations are individually owned and operated by a local member of the community, providing great-tasting, freshly prepared breakfast, brunch and lunch options.
