Eggs Up Grill opens in Winter Garden

New breakfast concept opens at West Point Commons; brings 25 new jobs to area

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. – Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly growing breakfast, brunch and lunch concept opened its first location in Central Florida.  On Monday, July 19, local franchise owners Noel and Annie Arriola welcomed their Winter Garden neighbors with great-tasting, freshly prepared meals, and friendly service.

“Annie and I have dreamed about opening a restaurant for the last 10 years, so when we discovered Eggs Up Grill, we knew right away it was a great match for us,” Arriola said.  “Eggs Up Grill’s motto is Everything to Make You Smile and that’s what we’re going to deliver to our guests each day through the food and service we provide.  We are thrilled to serve our neighbors.”

The restaurant is located at 13750 W. Colonial Drive at the West Point Commons Plaza right next to the Publix Supermarket.  It features a light, bright and cheery atmosphere designed to make guests comfortable and feel at home.

Eggs Up Grill traces its roots to Pawleys Island, South Carolina where it was founded in 1997 with a menu featuring classic, All-American dishes, along with twists on traditional favorites.  The restaurant takes pride in perfectly cooking fresh, hand-cracked eggs 14 different ways.  Menu categories include made-to-order omelets and benedicts, pancakes, waffles, and breakfast sandwiches, as well as famous home fries, the Founder’s recipe corned beef hash, and buttery, grilled blueberry muffins. Lunch choices include juicy burgers, tasty sandwiches, wraps and salads.

“When we opened our first two Florida restaurants in Ocala and Tampa in 2020, we were overwhelmed by the neighborhood support and success Eggs Up Grill had in those communities,” said Eggs Up Grill CEO Ricky Richardson.  “We are excited to open in Winter Garden, not only providing guests a great dining option for breakfast and lunch, but also serving as a hub for local activity. We are eager to meet and partner with the community and serve our neighbors.”

The Winter Garden opening is and part of the Brand’s focus on expanding in Florida.  There are already development plans to open three additional restaurants in the Orlando market.  Arriola says Winter Garden’s growth makes it the perfect place to open their restaurant as the demand for breakfast options along Route 50 have increased.

“The restaurant is close to a great mix of shopping and culture and we look forward to being right in the heart of the city’s growth explosion.”

Arriola’s career spans 30 years in the technology industry, most recently acting as a director of information technology in Orlando. He says that he is eager to spearhead, with his wife, this new venture. The Arriolas plan to support the charitable and ministry efforts of their home church, as well as supporting local schools in the area.

“We understand the importance of serving the community where you work and live. It’s more than just opening a restaurant for us, it’s the fulfillment of getting to know our neighbors, feeding them great food and finding ways to support them.”

The Winter Garden restaurant serves guests seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. with dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering and delivery options available. A dedicated to-go station allows for easy pick-up for online orders and third-party delivery.  Eggs Up Grill caters events big or small, with a catering menu featuring breakfast favorites like eggs, grits, home fries, biscuits and gravy and muffins.
