SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly expanding breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, will open a new restaurant in Huntsville, Ala. this spring. Located at 4 Mile Post Road at the Blue at Valley Bend, this is the first Eggs Up Grill for husband-and-wife team Raymond and Kamara Fields and the second in the state of Alabama.

Raymond Fields is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major of 28 years who worked on the Redstone Arsenal after retiring from the service in 2005. Kamara has spent the last 20 years in finance, from business development to serving as a wealth advisor. The couple relocated to Huntsville 15 years ago and recently discovered Eggs Up Grill when they were looking for a way to be a part of the dynamic growth in the city. The Fields were searching for a business where their military leadership and financial background could be utilized, but mainly a place that could be focused on serving the community.

“We are very excited to bring Eggs Up Grill to Huntsville because you are going to have a memorable experience every time you walk in the door – from calling you by your name to serving classic dishes that taste like something you would cook at home at a great value,” said Kamara Fields.

With indoor seating for 130 and outdoor seating for 40, the 3,066 square-foot restaurant is designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright and cheery atmosphere. The Huntsville restaurant will serve guests seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering and delivery options available.

The Eggs Up Grill brand is all about neighbors serving neighbors. Kamara Fields sits on the Downtown Rescue Mission board and plans to help support those that are disadvantaged in the community.
