Ricky was tapped to lead Eggs Up Grill in July 2018. Under his
leadership, the brand has doubled in size to 60+ locations. Ricky
has more than 35 years of restaurant industry experience
across multi-unit and franchise operations. Prior to joining Eggs
Up Grill, Ricky served as U.S. President and Chief Operating
Officer of TGI Fridays.
Jeff oversees the brand’s comprehensive owner and team training program and ongoing operational support, all of which is coordinated day to day through experienced, field-based Franchise Business Consultants. Jeff was previously with Five Guys Enterprises.
Laura, along with marketing and advertising partner Candor, helps franchisees plan and implement their Grand Opening marketing strategy. Laura coordinates brand promotions and oversees Local Store Marketing efforts. Laura has been with Eggs Up Grill since 2018.
Ken leads the entire development process, from franchisee recruitment through signing, and restaurant development. He also manages Eggs Up Grill’s strategic partnerships with its real estate and architectural and design firms.
Fred plans, implements, and manages all financial-related activities for the brand, including systems for reporting and P.O.S. system, Toast, Inc. Fred previously served as CFO of Hurricane Grill and Wings.
