Eggs Up Grill ranks #11 on the list, improving the brand’s performance over the previous year, ranked at #49. The brand is boasting two consecutive years of record growth. In 2019, Eggs Up Grill had 20% system sales growth and finished the year with 37 locations. 2020 should end with 47 open.

According to Restaurant Business, “this year’s class of America’s up-and-coming chains faces an uncertain future. But as the coronavirus hit, these small and innovative concepts were characteristically quick to adapt, repacking menu items into meal kits, creating pop-up drive-thrus and more.”

In the last seven months, Eggs Up Grill has opened in seven new neighborhoods with 4 – 6 more restaurants expected to open by the end of 2020, leading to a record year of growth. This growth speaks to the strength of the business model, even during a tough economic climate, and the timeless product offering, led by a team focused on franchisee success.
